Business Challenge

Bahra Electric faced challenges in simplifying user navigation, enhancing engagement, and streamlining business processes on their website. Users had difficulty locating specific products quickly, the RFQ process was cumbersome, and real-time assistance was not readily available. Additionally, managing content, inventory, and product updates required technical expertise, making it difficult for non-technical staff to make timely changes.

Our Approach & Solution

To address these issues, we introduced several solutions to enhance user experience and streamline operations. The interactive product finder tool was implemented to help users easily locate products based on their specific needs.

Live chat support was integrated to provide instant assistance, improving customer service. We simplified the RFQ process by reducing the number of required fields and adding clear instructions, encouraging more submissions.

We also added clear and compelling CTAs to guide users towards actions like requesting a quote or making a purchase. For content management, WordPress integration was used for easy updates. Automated inventory updates reduced manual tracking, while a professional design with consistent branding improved the site’s appearance.

The website was optimized for mobile responsiveness, fast loading, and intuitive navigation to ensure an efficient and user-friendly experience.
