FreightGain is an end-to-end freight forwarding software solution in logistics industry that provides an easy and effective International as well as Domestic freight management system for both Import and Export activities supporting Shippers, Importers, Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers) & CHAs (Customs House Agents). It is one stop solution for Sea Freight operations. It handles Operations from enquiry, Rate Quotation ,Bookings, Bill of Lading, shipping bill to Shipment, Invoicing & Integration to 3rd party application. All stakeholders manage the complexities of international shipping and logistics. However, as the platform expanded its user base, FreightGain faced several challenges that required advanced web development and digital transformation solutions in its Product development.
